Flourishing Health Collective provides federally regulated DOT urine specimen collections for CDL drivers and transportation employers, following 49 CFR Part 40 protocols. Non-DOT collections for workplace drug programs are also available, with thorough chain-of-custody documentation to protect both the employer and the employee.
