Flourishing Health Collective was founded by a registered nurse with 11 years of clinical experience who decided the community deserved better access to the services it already needed.
Eleven years of bedside care became a blueprint for something bigger.
Conya Postell started her nursing career in clinical settings where she saw firsthand how often people skipped necessary care — not because they did not want it, but because accessing it was harder than it should be. No transportation, no time off, no flexible scheduling, no single provider who could handle more than one need at a time.
Flourishing Health Collective is the answer to those gaps. It is a nurse-owned practice that delivers IV hydration, DOT and non-DOT drug collections, notary services, and — coming soon — mobile phlebotomy and CPR certification classes, all through one trusted contact. The goal is to make health services feel like something that works for you, not something you have to work around.

Hi, I'm Conya — the RN behind the practice
Hi, I'm Conya, RN, Founder of Flourishing Health Collective, LLC.
For more than 11 years, I've had the privilege of serving patients in many different stages of life and healing. My nursing journey has included 8 years as a travel nurse, along with experience in acute hospital care (med-surg, ICU, stepdown, and ER), LTAC/ rehabilitation, home health, and ambulatory care. Every role has strengthened my belief that exceptional healthcare isn't just about treating illness—it's about caring for the whole person.
Throughout my career, I've witnessed the incredible difference that compassion, education, and personalized care can make. That passion inspired me to create Flourishing Health Collective—a place where clinical excellence meets genuine human connection.
Outside of nursing, my faith and my family are the foundation of everything I do. They remind me daily that caring for others is more than a profession—it's a calling. I strive to serve every client with integrity, kindness, and excellence, believing that each person deserves to feel seen, cared for, and empowered to live well.
One verse that guides both my life and my business is 1 Peter 4:10:
“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God's grace in its various forms.”
That scripture reflects the heart behind everything I do. My goal is not simply to provide IV therapy, but to use the gifts God has given me to help others heal, restore, and flourish.
